Brief and quote
STEP 1: BRIEF AND QUOTE

Client provides a brief with their needs, specifications, and any deadlines, we’ll send a quote, and upon approval, the design process will begin.

STEP 2: DESIGN

Once you share your logos, colours, and design requests, we’ll create and send you two design options for final tweaks and approval.

Order approval and payment
STEP 3: ORDER APPROVAL AND PAYMENT

Lead times can vary during the year, please allow 3 to 6 weeks for your custom kit after the order and design has been signed off and the deposit has been paid.

Production
STEP 4: PRODUCTION

A final order summary with sizes and graphic approval is required before production. Orders over R10,000 need a 50% deposit; orders under R10,000 must be paid in full.

Collection or courier
STEP 5: COLLECTION OR COURIER AND ENJOY YOUR NEW KIT

We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection or has been shipped via The Courier Guy, then it’s time to enjoy your new Van H kit!

WHY USE VAN H?

We use premium fabrics imported from Italy, chosen for their performance and durability. Yes, it influences our cost — but the difference is unmistakable when you ride in UV-protected, moisture-wicking fabric designed to last.

Everything else happens locally. We do everything in-house from design to sublimation printing, and manufacture each garment in our Pretoria factory.

Because we control the entire process in-house, we remain agile — offering reliable quality and efficient turnaround times.
